At the time of booking I want to make sure I understand you and the vision you have for your day. After having a chat on the phone and over email, if you decide you'd like me to join your dream team, I will send you out a booking link so we can make it official! Your booking link includes all the details to confirm your date, plus your contract, client portal and pre-wedding questionnaire.
On the day of your wedding, I will arrive early and settle in quickly. I make sure I allow you to be in the moment, feeling what you're feeling and shooting away without you even realising a full blown production is taking place. Through the editorial and romantic lens with which I approach shooting weddings, I will capture your day in a documentary & editorial style, never missing a beat and always capturing every important detail and moment.
Working as quickly as I can, I will pour all my attention into editing your gallery / wedding video so that all your images have a timeless and romantic feel. Countless hours of dedication later, your gallery will be ready and you and your partner get to really relive the day all over again by viewing all your images or watching your highlights film. Each shot is thoughtfully composed and captured, knowing that every frame counts, adding an element of intention and artistry to your wedding photos. This service is perfect for couples who appreciate the vintage allure and the tangible quality of film photography.
III. Wedding Magazine
Beyond just digital images, I offer a modern take on traditional albums. Available for purchase directly through your personal gallery link, you can opt to have your gallery of images custom edited into an editorial style wedding magazine (perfect for ordering multiples as gifts for family) or a larger style coffee table book.
Please get in touch with me via my contact form with as much information about your wedding day as possible. From here, I can confirm if I am available and I will send you through more information regarding packages and pricing. If you decide you would love to lock me in for your date, I will send you a booking confirmation link during which time a tentative hold is placed on your date for one week. Your date is officially booked and reserved with a signed and completed wedding contract, as well as a 25% deposit that will come off the balance of your total package (due two weeks before your wedding).
Your online gallery / film will be ready 6-8 weeks from your wedding date. Your gallery is provided in both high and web resolution and is password protected, allowing you to share the gallery with friends and family. A Sneak Preview of your day will be ready within 48 hours of your wedding day for you to share with friends and family on social media.

I wish I could be both the photographer & cinematographer simultaneously at your wedding, but for obvious reasons, it's impossible! People ask me all the time if I have a preference - I don't! I love both equally and find it impossible to choose - so I'll leave that decision to you whether you'd like me to photograph or film your wedding.
That being said, I understand the desire to have both aspects captured with the same company that shares the same level of professionalism and vision. If you're interested in booking both services, I have a team of trusted associate shooters who align with the Kylie Iva Photography ethos and standards. Together, we can coordinate to cover both photography and cinematography for your wedding, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive capture of your special day.

For these events, I include travel and accommodation costs in the wedding package and handle all the arrangements myself. This ensures everything is set up perfectly for your big day. I always make it a point to arrive early, allowing me to get acclimated and scout the location, ensuring we make the most of your beautiful destination.
